The silence was golden and the yoga and meditations in the frozen mountains of the Black Forest were divine. It was definitely the turbo charge needed for this weekend – Whilst promoting the Art of Living to 15,000 yogi’s and yoginis at this years Yoga Show at the Kensington Olympia, we saw lots of friendly faces and made lots of new friends too. Yoga Jam was a hit and even though I’ve lost my voice, its so awesome to know that so many of you are excited about what we’re here to do!
We’ve got some fantastic updates for you and for this week’s upcoming Yoga Jam:
We’re thrilled to have our very special guests confirmed for the night – the brilliant Shuba Giri of Satsang Productions was with us for Yoga Jam 2 a few months ago and we’re sooooo happy to have him on board for Yoga Jam 4. Weve also got the fantastic musicians from his band Suryasonic joining Jonathan, Amiee and I on stage and we’re preparing a few treats for your ears.
We’re delighted to have sponsorship from Nakd and their delicious bars, which will be available on the night (if I don’t eat them all before hand). They’re seriously yummy and guilt free. I will resist the temptation to give them to the children trick or treating at my door tonight.
Whats more, our ever so gorgeous djs mtmu have prepared a yoga mix for us and we’ll have a few copies of that available so you can incorporate the beats into your home practice too. I’ve had a sneak preview and they never fail to deliver.
Some of you asked for the meditation in Sri Sri‘s voice – Every month we’ll be doing a different one, but we’ll be sure to have a few copies on sale for those of you who want to indulge in a blissful meditation at home. (All proceeds go to the Art of Living Foundation)
We may have a few more surprises up our sleeves so stay tuned for updates.
(And yes, before you ask, we will be in the studio in the coming weeks so we’ll have a few tracks available for you at Yoga Jam 5!)
Get ready for some brilliant yoga. The Yoga Jam is coming.
Love you all
